Nunawading Kangas Basketball Club is a community based junior club established over 50 years ago. Our players are drawn from Nunawading and the surrounding suburbs. Our aim is to provide an environment for our players to enjoy sport whilst improving their skills, learning about teamwork and respect for other players, coaches and referees. Older players have the opportunity to develop leadership skills through coaching younger teams.

Life Members
Since our formation in 1974, our Club has been run by a small crew of dedicated volunteers drawn from the families of our players. Many of these volunteers have made significant contributions, far in excess of what was expected of them and over extended years of involvement. Without their involvement, the Club would not have been able to continue to provide the opportunity for kids to play basketball.
The Club recognises their much appreciated involvment by bestowing Life Member status on them.
